His background includes service as a CFO, and as Founder/CEO of a successful business continuity planning and technology consulting service organization. In addition to experience in all phases of business continuity preparedness assessment and program development, he has expertise in the start-up, growth, optimization, and sale of technology, software, and service business operations. He is an honors graduate of Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Trustees of a local non–profit organization, and is the President of the Board of Trustees of a regional community foundation.
